Code of Conduct

VET-Group reserves the right to update this Code of Conduct as needed to support its mission and community.

Effective Date: May 2026

1. Purpose

The VET-Group Code of Conduct establishes the standards of behavior expected of all members, leaders, volunteers, and affiliates. Our goal is to foster a culture of integrity, respect, accountability, and service.

This Code ensures that all actions reflect the mission and values of VET-Group and uphold the trust placed in us by our members and the community.

2. Core Values

All members of VET-Group are expected to uphold the following principles:

  • Integrity – Act honestly and ethically in all situations

  • Respect – Treat all individuals with dignity, regardless of background or beliefs

  • Service – Put the needs of others and the mission before personal gain

  • Accountability – Take responsibility for actions and decisions

  • Discipline – Maintain professionalism and self-control at all times

3. Expected Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner

  • Support fellow members and contribute to a positive environment

  • Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies

  • Represent VET-Group honorably in public and private settings

  • Communicate honestly and constructively

  • Respect leadership structure and organizational decisions

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are not tolerated:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind

  • Violence, threats, or abusive language

  • Dishonesty, fraud, or misrepresentation

  • Substance abuse during official activities or events

  • Actions that damage the reputation or mission of VET-Group

  • Unauthorized use of VET-Group name, resources, or affiliations

5. Leadership Responsibilities

Leaders within VET-Group are held to a higher standard and must:

  • Model the values and expectations outlined in this Code

  • Provide clear guidance and maintain accountability

  • Address misconduct promptly and fairly

  • Foster unity, trust, and transparency within the group

6. Reporting Violations

Members are encouraged to report violations of this Code in good faith.

  • Reports may be made to designated leadership or oversight personnel

  • All reports will be handled confidentially to the extent possible

  • Retaliation against individuals who report concerns is strictly prohibited

7. Disciplinary Action

Violations of this Code may result in:

  • Verbal or written warnings

  • Suspension of participation

  • Removal from leadership roles

  • Termination of membership

Disciplinary measures will be applied fairly and based on the severity of the violation.

8. Commitment

By participating in VET-Group, all members agree to uphold this Code of Conduct and contribute to a culture of honor, respect, and service.

9. Acknowledgment

All members may be required to acknowledge and agree to this Code of Conduct upon joining or renewing participation.
